In 1946, the Swiss Institute of Small Business and Entrepreneurship was established.
SMEs, Entrepreneurship and Family Businesses – these three pillars constitute the basis for our activities. The dialogue and exchange with entrepreneurs and executives spurs us on to generate and pass on knowledge about SMEs, Entrepreneurship and Family Businesses. By linking our four fields of activities, namely
- executive education for entrepreneurs and managers from SMEs,
- transfer services for entrepreneurial led firms,
- relevant and well-founded research on SMEs, Entrepreneurship and Family Businesses
- undergraduate and post-graduate education at the University of St.Gallen,
we have our finger on the pulse of time and acquire valuable findings at first hand.
